  • We consult with you on all of the details of your wedding, from the invitations right through to the big day. No stone is left unturned.
  • We source vendors that align with your aesthetic, budgetary and other needs. We always source a primary vendor and backups for everything.
  • We develop a complete set of detailed plans for your wedding day, to ensure everything is planned, booked and organised.
  • We conduct a series of meetings with you (in-person or online at your preference) to understand your preferences and share options and progress
  • We are there to help you every step of the way – your planner is only ever a phone call or text message away.

    • ON-THE-DAY CO-ORDINATION.

    We are the first to arrive and the last to leave on your wedding day. Our team co-ordinates vendors, ensures everything runs on schedule and is there to handle any issues that may arise.

  • Our team is there all day to co-ordinate ensure the day flows perfectly.
  • We receive vendor deliveries and ensure everything is set up properly and according to the floorplan.
  • We oversee styling and make sure everything is laid out and decorated according to your styling guide.
  • We greet and usher guests, providing copies of itineraries and ensuring everyone is in the right place at the right time.
  • We assist the couple with any emergencies that may come up (with our on-the-day emergency kit we can handle anything from a sewing issue, makeup problems and shoe scuffs, all the way through to problems with audio equipment)
